Automated Safety Protocols
Standard paper records are passive. This system is active—it constantly monitors inputs to prevent fatal medical errors before they happen.
⚠ Anaphylaxis Prevention Protocol
The system cross-references every prescription against the patient's allergy list. If a conflict is found (e.g., Penicillin for a Penicillin-allergic patient), the interface physically blocks the user.
[SYSTEM ALERT]
CRITICAL INTERACTION DETECTED
Action: BLOCKED
Override Protocol: Requires Senior Physician Authorization Code.
Identity Verification (Lab)
To prevent sample mix-ups, the Lab Interface requires a "Positive ID Match" before a test can be logged. The technician is presented with a High-Res Patient Photo and must click "Confirm Identity".
Immutable Record Locking
Medical notes have a 10-minute "Typo Correction" window. Once elapsed, the record is hash-locked. Any future changes are appended as "Amendments" with timestamps, ensuring full legal compliance and auditability.
