Credit Card allows pre-authorization for incidentals.
Guest can pre-select Early Check-in or Room Upgrades.

Guest arrives at lobby.

Receptionist scans ID → Auto-populates Government Records.
System triggers Keycard Encoder (VingCard/Salto).
Room status automatically changes to "Occupied".

Consumption and Services.

Room ServiceOrders from kitchen tablet post directly to Guest Folio #304.
HouskeepingGuest requests "Do Not Disturb" via app → Maid's tablet updates instantly.

Check-Out & Post-Stay

Departure and Billing.

  • System combines Room Rate + Tax + Restaurant + Mini-bar.
  • Generates split invoice (Business vs Personal expense).
  • Payment processed via integrated Terminal.
  • Automated Email: "Thank you for staying! Rate us on TripAdvisor."
  • Room marked "Dirty" for Housekeeping Squad.
